Apply & assess
The applicant opens your branded link, enters their details, and completes the sales aptitude test.
Test applicants, collect their documents, and manage your hiring pipeline inside one branded tool. See who is moving forward, who owns the next step, and who needs follow-up.
One connected path, with progress visible to your team from the first test to the final document.
The applicant opens your branded link, enters their details, and completes the sales aptitude test.
The system calculates the score. Applicants who meet your passing score receive their onboarding link.
The applicant completes their profile, uploads the required documents, and submits their onboarding packet.
Your team reviews the packet, updates the hiring stage, assigns the next follow-up and downloads both reports inside the tool.
Your team keeps the final decision. Applicants below the passing score remain available for review. Completing onboarding does not automatically hire, license, or approve a rep.
A simple view for the dealer and team. Add a rep, assign an owner, choose the stage and set the next follow-up—all inside the tool.

Both templates use your dealer logo, colors, headers, footers and clear page numbering. Your team can download each from the applicant’s record.

This proposal is the basis for a service agreement between the client and 78212 Newfoundland & Labrador LTD O/A Inferno Marketing. References to Inferno in this agreement mean this service provider. The agreement takes effect when both authorized representatives sign. Generating a document or entering contact details is not a signature. Work starts after signature, the first setup payment and receipt of the required materials and access.
Implementation is US$6,500: US$3,250 due on signing before work begins, and US$3,250 due on written approval before launch. Monthly service is US$499, invoiced in advance from launch. Applicable taxes are additional. No payment method is charged by this proposal page. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate and must be disclosed and approved before being incurred.
Monthly service continues month to month. Either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice. Service and monthly fees continue through that notice period; any partial final service month is prorated. On cancellation during implementation, Inferno will account for work completed and approved committed costs, refund any unearned setup balance and invoice any agreed amount still due, up to the setup fee.
The eight deliverables, listed capacities and monthly services define the included work. New functionality, additional brands or workflows, expanded usage and additional integrations need written approval of scope, cost and schedule. No automatic overage charges apply. The allowance is 100 new rep records per billing month, including manual additions and online applications. Existing reps remain in the pipeline; ongoing follow-ups, retakes and document corrections do not count as new reps. At the new-rep limit only new record creation may pause; storage limits may pause uploads. Existing records and follow-up management remain accessible during active service.
The client provides approved branding, assessment and scoring approval, onboarding forms and document requirements, external CRM and domain access only where required, and one decision-maker. The client is responsible for its hiring decisions, document requirements, applicant notices and permissions to use supplied material. The assessment is a screening tool; no validated prediction of sales performance, hiring outcome or licensing approval is promised.
The target is 15–20 business days after required inputs are received, with the schedule confirmed at kickoff. Two consolidated review rounds are included. Launch requires written client approval after pass/fail routing, required uploads, both PDFs, team access, pipeline stages, owner assignment, due/overdue follow-up views and optional external CRM events have been demonstrated. Material defects against the agreed scope will be corrected. Client delays or approved scope changes may extend the schedule.
The client owns its branding, supplied materials and applicant data. Inferno retains ownership of its underlying software, reusable workflows and templates. During paid service the client receives permission to use its configured system for its own dealer operation. Resale, sublicensing and source-code transfer are not included. Downloaded client reports and exported client data remain the client’s records.
Both parties will keep nonpublic business information and applicant records confidential and use them only to deliver or operate the service, except where disclosure is required by law. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers as needed. Inferno will provide authenticated admin access, encrypted transport and protected document access, and notify the client without undue delay after confirming unauthorized access affecting its data. The client controls its user list and approved document requirements.
On request made before service ends or within 30 days afterward, Inferno will provide a standard export of applicant-summary data and available uploaded documents and generated reports. After this retrieval period, active copies may be deleted; retained backup copies expire under the 30-day backup policy, subject to legal retention requirements. Ending service ends access to the hosted platform.
Monthly service includes the support and upkeep listed in this proposal; it does not include 24/7 support or a guaranteed repair time. Third-party outages and CRM changes may affect service, and material integration changes require an approved quote. The generated agreement, its scope, capacity and pricing schedules, and later written changes signed by both parties form the full agreement for this service.
Approve the scope and pricing, then review and sign your service agreement.
Submitting this form requests the contract. It does not sign the agreement or charge your card. Applicable taxes are additional.
