The applicant journey

Every applicant has
a clear next step.

One connected path, with progress visible to your team from the first test to the final document.

01 / TAKE THE TEST

Apply & assess

The applicant opens your branded link, enters their details, and completes the sales aptitude test.

02 / QUALIFY

Score & route

The system calculates the score. Applicants who meet your passing score receive their onboarding link.

03 / COMPLETE

Upload & submit

The applicant completes their profile, uploads the required documents, and submits their onboarding packet.

04 / REVIEW

Review & connect

Your team reviews the packet, updates the hiring stage, assigns the next follow-up and downloads both reports inside the tool.

Your team keeps the final decision. Applicants below the passing score remain available for review. Completing onboarding does not automatically hire, license, or approve a rep.

The build · Eight deliverables

Exactly what we will build.

A dealer-branded version of Inferno’s existing platform, configured around one sales role and your onboarding requirements.

DELIVERABLE 01

Dealer-branded applicant experience

A professional, mobile-friendly entry point for your sales applicants.

  • One hosted applicant link using your logo, colors and dealer name.
  • Welcome screen, applicant contact form and assessment instructions.
  • Responsive layouts for phone, tablet and desktop.
  • One custom subdomain connection if you supply domain access; domain registration is separate.
You receive: A ready-to-share link for your recruiting process.
DELIVERABLE 02

Sales aptitude test & scoring

One assessment that applies the same scoring rules to each applicant.

  • One English-language sales assessment, up to 30 scored questions across up to 5 categories.
  • Adaptation of Inferno’s existing question set, with your final approval.
  • Automatic total score, category scores, completion date and pass/fail result.
  • One agreed scoring model and passing threshold. Applicants below it remain visible for manual review.
  • Passing applicants receive access to onboarding. An admin can manually approve an applicant to proceed.
You receive: A consistent assessment and a clear next step.
DELIVERABLE 03

Guided onboarding & document uploads

A single place for approved applicants to complete their onboarding.

  • One onboarding workflow with up to 20 profile fields and 10 required document categories.
  • Applicant-specific access link and the ability to save and resume.
  • Upload PDF, JPG and PNG files, up to 20 MB per file; show required, received and missing items.
  • Use your approved forms, licenses, certifications and supporting-document requirements.
  • Applicant submits for review; an admin can mark complete or request a correction.
You receive: A complete, reviewable applicant packet.
DELIVERABLE 04

Built-in hiring CRM & dealer snapshot

A simple hiring workspace your team can use directly inside the tool.

  • One dealer workspace with up to 5 named team users and authenticated access. No separate hiring CRM subscription required.
  • Add reps manually or capture them through the assessment form; up to 100 new rep records per billing month.
  • One simple pipeline: New, Test sent, Onboarding, Ready for review and Closed. Move a rep between stages and record a closed reason.
  • Assign each rep to a team member, set a next follow-up date, and log call or email notes with the last-contact date.
  • Dealer snapshot shows rep counts by stage, follow-ups due today, overdue follow-ups and reps with no next step assigned.
  • Search and filter by name, stage, owner or follow-up status. Each record includes contact details, score, document checklist, files, notes and PDF downloads.
  • Mark a follow-up complete and set the next action. Export rep-summary data, including owner, stage and next follow-up date, as CSV.
You receive: One clear view of the hiring pipeline and who needs attention.
DELIVERABLE 05

Branded assessment PDF

A polished, downloadable report for each completed assessment.

  • One custom assessment report template using your dealer branding.
  • Applicant details, assessment date, total score, category scores and pass/fail result.
  • Full question-and-answer record for team review.
  • Clear page numbering, branded headers and footers.
  • Generate after completion and download from the applicant record.
You receive: PDF 1 — the sales aptitude test report.
DELIVERABLE 06

Branded onboarding PDF packet

A separate, organized PDF containing the completed onboarding record.

  • One custom onboarding packet template with a branded cover and document index.
  • Applicant profile, submission date and document-completion checklist.
  • Compile supported PDF and image uploads into the packet in the agreed order.
  • Original uploads remain accessible in the applicant record.
  • Generate at submission; regenerate after approved document corrections.
You receive: PDF 2 — the onboarding document packet.
DELIVERABLE 07

Email notifications & optional CRM connection

Send onboarding emails and connect an outside CRM if you already use one.

  • The built-in hiring CRM works on its own. One optional outbound webhook connection to an external CRM endpoint is included, with up to 15 agreed fields.
  • Send applicant details, score, status and authorized report links at assessment completion, onboarding submission and admin completion.
  • Use an agreed applicant identifier or email to match records; final mapping depends on CRM capabilities.
  • Delivery log, failed-event visibility and manual resend; one test of each event before launch.
  • Up to 5 branded email templates: onboarding invite, 2 incomplete-onboarding reminders, correction request and admin submission alert.
You receive: Onboarding emails, plus an optional connection to your existing CRM.
DELIVERABLE 08

Testing, training & launch

A complete handover so your team can use the system with confidence.

  • End-to-end tests of pass/fail routing, uploads, permissions, both PDFs, pipeline stages, rep assignment, due and overdue follow-ups, and the external CRM connection if used.
  • Two consolidated review rounds within the agreed scope.
  • One live 60-minute admin training session and a written quick-start guide.
  • Launch after written approval of the agreed acceptance checks.
  • Target 15–20 business days after agreement, first payment, materials and access; schedule confirmed at kickoff.

Two polished outputs

The full story.

Every completed assessment produces a branded test report. Every completed onboarding produces a separate branded packet with the applicant’s profile, checklist and submitted documents.

Both templates use your dealer logo, colors, headers, footers and clear page numbering. Your team can download each from the applicant’s record.

What we need from your team

Logo and brand colors; one decision-maker; assessment and scoring approval; required document list and forms; external CRM access if that connection is requested; domain access if required; and timely review feedback.

What counts as ready to launch

Both test outcomes route correctly; required uploads and both PDFs work; team access, pipeline stages, owners and due/overdue follow-up views display correctly; optional CRM events arrive; and your contact gives written approval.

The schedule is an estimate, confirmed at kickoff. Delayed access, feedback or scope changes may move the launch date.

Your investment

One setup.
One monthly service.

All amounts are in US dollars, before applicable taxes. No automatic charges for additional work.

Service terms

These same terms are included in your service agreement. Open any item to review.

Agreement & start of work

This proposal is the basis for a service agreement between the client and 78212 Newfoundland & Labrador LTD O/A Inferno Marketing. References to Inferno in this agreement mean this service provider. The agreement takes effect when both authorized representatives sign. Generating a document or entering contact details is not a signature. Work starts after signature, the first setup payment and receipt of the required materials and access.

Fees & billing

Implementation is US$6,500: US$3,250 due on signing before work begins, and US$3,250 due on written approval before launch. Monthly service is US$499, invoiced in advance from launch. Applicable taxes are additional. No payment method is charged by this proposal page. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate and must be disclosed and approved before being incurred.

Monthly term & cancellation

Monthly service continues month to month. Either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice. Service and monthly fees continue through that notice period; any partial final service month is prorated. On cancellation during implementation, Inferno will account for work completed and approved committed costs, refund any unearned setup balance and invoice any agreed amount still due, up to the setup fee.

Scope, capacity & changes

The eight deliverables, listed capacities and monthly services define the included work. New functionality, additional brands or workflows, expanded usage and additional integrations need written approval of scope, cost and schedule. No automatic overage charges apply. The allowance is 100 new rep records per billing month, including manual additions and online applications. Existing reps remain in the pipeline; ongoing follow-ups, retakes and document corrections do not count as new reps. At the new-rep limit only new record creation may pause; storage limits may pause uploads. Existing records and follow-up management remain accessible during active service.

Client materials & responsibilities

The client provides approved branding, assessment and scoring approval, onboarding forms and document requirements, external CRM and domain access only where required, and one decision-maker. The client is responsible for its hiring decisions, document requirements, applicant notices and permissions to use supplied material. The assessment is a screening tool; no validated prediction of sales performance, hiring outcome or licensing approval is promised.

Review, timeline & launch

The target is 15–20 business days after required inputs are received, with the schedule confirmed at kickoff. Two consolidated review rounds are included. Launch requires written client approval after pass/fail routing, required uploads, both PDFs, team access, pipeline stages, owner assignment, due/overdue follow-up views and optional external CRM events have been demonstrated. Material defects against the agreed scope will be corrected. Client delays or approved scope changes may extend the schedule.

Ownership & permitted use

The client owns its branding, supplied materials and applicant data. Inferno retains ownership of its underlying software, reusable workflows and templates. During paid service the client receives permission to use its configured system for its own dealer operation. Resale, sublicensing and source-code transfer are not included. Downloaded client reports and exported client data remain the client’s records.

Confidentiality & applicant data

Both parties will keep nonpublic business information and applicant records confidential and use them only to deliver or operate the service, except where disclosure is required by law. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers as needed. Inferno will provide authenticated admin access, encrypted transport and protected document access, and notify the client without undue delay after confirming unauthorized access affecting its data. The client controls its user list and approved document requirements.

Data return & service ending

On request made before service ends or within 30 days afterward, Inferno will provide a standard export of applicant-summary data and available uploaded documents and generated reports. After this retrieval period, active copies may be deleted; retained backup copies expire under the 30-day backup policy, subject to legal retention requirements. Ending service ends access to the hosted platform.

Support, dependencies & entire agreement

Monthly service includes the support and upkeep listed in this proposal; it does not include 24/7 support or a guaranteed repair time. Third-party outages and CRM changes may affect service, and material integration changes require an approved quote. The generated agreement, its scope, capacity and pricing schedules, and later written changes signed by both parties form the full agreement for this service.
